The apartment

In a building completely renovated in 2019, this passionately decorated apartment has been designed to be practical and comfortable. It has 2 bedrooms, each with double bed. Relatively quiet and very well equipped, it is composed of a spacious living room with lounge area and a large kitchen. You will have a high-speed WIFI Internet connection, more than 80 Belgian and international TV channels as well as access to Netflix.This bright apartment overlooks Sainte Agathe Park.

You can stay there for up to 4 people thanks to its two comfortable bedrooms (2 queen size double beds). In the hallway is the bathroom and the WC is separate.

For your greater comfort, if you wish, you can have a washing machine and a dryer on the ground floor.

If you are traveling in a group, there are also 2 1-bedroom apartments on the upper floors (Casa de Tokyo and Mr White)

Access

The Don's Place apartment is located on the ^1st floor of a mansion building, without elevator.

The neighborhood

The apartment is located in the Sainte-Marguerite district, a stone's throw from the center, but very close to major motorways (E25, E40, E42)

Historically, it is in this district that the main entrance to the city was located and many ramparts are still visible there. The building is located at the intersection of rue Publémont, more bourgeois, and rue Sainte-Marguerite, a popular and multicultural street full of small shops, snack bars, bars and restaurants.

Just a 10-minute walk away, you can reach the city center with Place Saint-Lambert and its shopping gallery, Ilôt Saint-Michel (shops, gym, Delhaize supermarket) or the charming Place du Marché for its numerous terraces and restaurants.

All our recommendations and favorites are included in your apartment! The cinemas (we recommend the Sauvenière!) and the Royal Opera are a 10-minute walk away. Don't hesitate to go for a drink at the Comtes De Mean, a 5-star hotel, located a 5-minute walk away and offering a magnificent view of the city.

Transportation

The building is accessible:

• By bus: the Hocheporte bus stop is 5 minutes on foot and 2 stops (2 minutes) from Place Saint-Lambert (hub of the public transport network).
• By train: the building is less than 10 minutes walk from Liège-Palais station, located 2 stops (5 minutes) from Liège-Guillemins station.
• By car: the building is 4 minutes from the E25 motorway (Netherlands, Luxembourg, France), 10 minutes from the E40 motorways (Brussels) and E42 (Namur, Germany) and 5 minutes from major hospitals: CHR (Citadelle), CHC (Mont Legia). Parking is easy and free on the street

Depending on the length of stay, the deposit amount varies and is calculated as follows:

For a stay of less than 1 week, the amount of the deposit corresponds to 25% of the rent amount.
For a stay of 10 days or more, the amount of the deposit corresponds to 40% of the rent amount.
For a stay of 1 month or more, the amount of the deposit corresponds to 70% of the rent amount.
For a stay of 6 months or more, the amount of the deposit corresponds to 1 month's rent.
For a stay of 1 year or more, the amount of the deposit corresponds to 2 months' rent.

For reservations of more than 6 months, an additional fee of €60 is requested.
