The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and is accessible by elevator or stairs.
The neighborhood
The area is lively thanks to the pedestrian streets with shops, bars and restaurants. It is located right next to the Opera. Nearby, you will also find the Sauvenière cinema, a sports hall and the Cité Miroir, an exhibition hall.
We can say that you won't want for anything since, in addition to the small local shops, you are only a few hundred meters from two supermarkets (Delhaize and Carrefour Express).
Transportation
The accommodation is accessible:
- by bus: the closest stops are located at Place Saint-Lambert
- by train: there are three stations in Liège (Liège-Guillemins, Liège-Carre and Liège-Saint-Lambert), the best known is Guillemins.
- by car: as it is located in a pedestrian zone, prefer the car parks: Opéra, Neujean, Sauvenière.

Bail
Please note that the deposit amount varies depending on the length of your stay, based on the following criteria:
- For a stay of less than a week, the deposit corresponds to 25% of the rent amount.
- For a stay of 10 days or more, the deposit corresponds to 40% of the rent amount.
- For a stay of one month or more, the deposit corresponds to 70% of the rent amount.
- For a stay of 6 months or more, the deposit is equivalent to 1 month's rent.
- For a stay of one year or more, the deposit is set at 2 months' rent.
Long stay cleaning fees
For reservations over 6 months, an additional fee of €60 is required for end-of-stay cleaning services .
